A permanent selection for lunch and dinner, from Vrgorac prosciutto to peka, which requires a day's advance order.
At Kula Restaurant, summer is not announced with grand words, but with dishes that arrive at your table carrying the scent of the grill, homemade potatoes, šalša, and the Vrgorac region. The new summer menu is an a la carte offering. This means it is not a daily special; it does not change every morning, and guests can choose it for lunch or dinner whenever they wish to sit beneath Tin’s Tower and linger at the table without rush.
To begin, cold appetizers offer a lighter start to the meal: Vrgorac prosciutto, a cheese platter for two, Kula Cold Platter, and octopus salad. Next come soups, risottos, and gnocchi, including Kula Gnocchi and Rustico Gnocchi. The menu also features dishes that easily bring people together, such as platters for two, grilled dishes, fish dishes, and meat dishes that require little explanation.
For fish lovers, we offer grilled sea bass fillet, sea bream fillet, grilled squid, tuna, and shrimp buzara. For those seeking meat, there are veal chops, sirloin steak, beefsteak, mixed grill, ćevapi in flatbread, and Zagreb-style steaks. A special place is reserved for traditional dishes: pašticada with homemade gnocchi, meat peka, boiled rooster, and octopus under peka. These dishes must be ordered 24 hours in advance, as Kula does not prepare such specialties at the last minute.
The summer a la carte menu is designed for local guests, family lunches, dinners on the terrace, and travelers passing through Vrgorac from Makarska, Imotski, Ploče, Baćina, Neretva, Biokovo, and the Dalmatian hinterland. Finally, one can save room for Tin’s Fantasy, rožata, or pancakes. Not much is needed. A good table at Kula is remembered for the natural flow of the experience.
